These electrodes are the physical interface for transcutaneous electrical stimulation. The assembly consists of a non-woven or foam carrier, a high-density conductive carbon film, and a biocompatible hydrogel.   • Controlled Peel Force (4N-6N Range)

    Most generic pads fail because the adhesive is either too aggressive (causing skin trauma) or too weak (causing signal loss). We calibrate our hydrogel cross-linking to maintain a peel force of 4N to 6N per 25mm. This ensures the pad remains secure during patient movement but detaches without leaving residual polymer on the skin.

     

  • Carbon Film Continuity

    Micro-cracks in the carbon film lead to localized impedance spikes, which patients feel as "stinging." Our printing process uses a high-flexibility carbon ink that maintains electrical continuity even when the pad is applied to contoured areas like the elbow or knee.

     

  • Vapor-Proof PET Packaging

    Hydrogel life is limited by moisture loss. We use high-barrier aluminum-poly pouches with a precise heat-seal width of 8mm. This prevents the gel from desiccating during the 24-month shelf life, ensuring the pads are "wet" and conductive upon opening.

FAQ

Q: Why does the pad feel "weaker" after 10 uses?

A: This is due to the accumulation of skin oils and the loss of moisture in the hydrogel. As the gel dehydrates, its impedance increases, requiring more voltage to achieve the same sensation. Re-hydrating with a drop of water can temporarily lower resistance.

Q: Can these pads be used with all TENS machines?

A: They are compatible with any machine using the industry-standard 2.0mm pin or 3.5mm snap connectors. We do not support proprietary magnetic or non-standard interfaces without custom tooling.
