FAQ

Q: Can these electro pads be used for Direct Current (DC) iontophoresis delivery?

A: Absolutely not. These pads are calibrated for alternating, biphasic pulses. Applying a continuous DC vector (iontophoresis) to a standard carbon-film pad will trigger rapid, violent electrochemical polarization. The pad will overheat almost immediately, causing severe galvanic burns to the patient.

Q: Why does the electrical sensation feel significantly weaker after 10 or 12 uses?

A: This is microscopic dielectric occlusion. The hydrogel physically rips off millions of dead keratinocytes (skin cells) and absorbs body oil during every application.
