Mullan Medical (Vietnam) is our third factory, following the two in China. It is also Top-Rank's first overseas manufacturing facility, which began operations in 2023. Customers will be able to choose to export electrode pads, hydrogels and grounding pads directly from Vietnam manufacturing.
