Conductive Hydrogel Manufacturer | Raw Sheet & Roll Stock for Electrodes

Source manufacturer of solid conductive hydrogel. Offering customized master rolls and slit rolls for TENS pads, ECG sensors, and wearable devices. Low impedance, biocompatible, and high-tack formulations available.

Material Introduction

The "Core" of Every Good Electrode.

At TOP-RANK, we don't just convert electrodes; we engineer the material itself. Our Conductive Hydrogel is a high-performance, solid-state interface material designed for medical device manufacturing.

Unlike liquid gels, our hydrogel is a distinct viscoelastic sheet formed through advanced cross-linking technology. It serves a dual purpose: acting as the adhesive to grip the skin and the conductor to transmit electrical signals.

⚠️ Industrial Note: This product is a raw material (roll stock) intended for medical converters, factories, and R&D labs. It is NOT a bottled liquid gel for direct consumer application.

Technological Advantages (The Chemistry)

1. Tunable Rheology (Adhesion Control) We can customize the "Stickiness" (Tack) and "Holding Power" (Shear Strength) by adjusting the cross-link density of the polymer matrix.

  • High-Tack Series: For wearable sensors that must stick for days.
  • Re-stickable Series: Optimized for TENS pads (30+ reuse cycles).
  • Gentle Series: Low-peel force for neonatal or sensitive skin applications.

2. Z-Axis Conductivity Our proprietary electrolyte infusion ensures uniform conductivity through the thickness (Z-axis) of the gel. This eliminates "current blockages" and prevents the stinging sensation caused by high-impedance hot spots.

3. Environmental Stability A common failure in hydrogels is "drying out" (syneresis) or "melting" (imbibition) in humid climates. TOP-RANK hydrogel is engineered with a Humectant-Rich Equilibrium System, maintaining stability in environments ranging from 20% to 80% relative humidity.

Supply Forms & Process

Flexible delivery options to fit your converting lines:

  • Master Rolls: Full-width jumbo rolls for large-scale converters.
  • Slit Rolls: Precision-slit widths (e.g., 40mm, 50mm) ready for your converting machine.
  • Custom Coating: We can coat our hydrogel onto your specific substrate (e.g., Non-woven, PET, conductive film).
