Wholesale medical-grade hydrogel rolls for TENS, EMS, and ECG converters. Calibrated for roll-to-roll processing with stable impedance and high-tack adhesion. ISO 13485 and MDSAP certified.

Wholesale medical hydrogel is supplied as semi-finished roll stock or bulk sheets for medical device converters. The product consists of a cross-linked polymer matrix (Polyacrylamide or pHEMA) pre-laminated between PET release liners. It serves as the primary conductive and adhesive interface for TENS electrodes, grounding pads, and wound care dressings.

• Anti-Oozing Rheology for Converters

  In wholesale roll-to-roll processing, low-cohesion gels contaminate die-cutting blades, causing production downtime. Our hydrogel formulation increases the internal cohesive strength. During high-speed mechanical shearing, the gel breaks cleanly without polymer "stringing," maintaining an edge overflow tolerance of less than 0.5mm.

   

• Thermodynamic Equilibrium Stability

  Bulk hydrogel stored in diverse climates is prone to desiccation or swelling. We titrate the humectant-to-water ratio to maintain thermodynamic equilibrium at 37C and 20% relative humidity. This prevents the impedance from spiking when the final electrode is removed from its packaging in arid environments.

   

• Tunable Adhesion-to-Release Ratio 

  Wholesale buyers require different release forces for manual vs. automated assembly. The PET release liners are silicone-treated to specific Newton-levels, ensuring the hydrogel remains attached to the conductive substrate while releasing effortlessly from the protective carrier during the final application.

• Packaging  Master rolls are vacuum-sealed in AL/PE high-barrier foil to arrest moisture exchange. Individual batch identification and shelf-life tracking are printed on the core or exterior wrap.

   

• Supply Chain : Bulk polymerization occurs in our China facility; slitting, specialized lamination, and global fulfillment are managed via our Vietnam hub to optimize US/EU tariff structures.
