9.How to extend the life of the electrode pads?

Proper Skin Prep: Clean your skin with a damp towel.

Clean TENS Pads: After each use clean your TENS electrodes with a moist cloth.

Hydrate your TENS Unit Replacement Pads: We recommend using conductive gel and electrode spray to help hydrate and preserve the TENS unit pads to get maximum usage.

Handle Electrodes Properly: Remove electrodes by lifting the edge of the electrodes pads, do not pull on wire.

Store Electrodes Properly: After use always put electrode for tens unit back on film and seal into polybag.

Brush Electrode Pads: Use a clean toothbrush gently brush in one direction to expose the electrodes stickiness to subtly expose the underlying layer of the gel to get greater skin adhesive.

Rest & Rotate TENS Unit Pads Replacement: Give 4 to 6 hours of rest to your electrods so they can dry out.

Cool off Electrode Pads: By leaving them in a cool environment for 24 hours they will dry out and be back and ready to use condition.
