This electro conductive gel is a highly viscous, water-based fluid matrix used universally in clinical diagnostics and acute electrotherapy. It functions as the primary conductive bridge between non-adhesive metal or carbon sensors and the human stratum corneum. By suspending specific chloride salts within a cross-linked polyacrylic acid backbone, the medium lowers the electrical resistance of the skin to permit bi-directional signal transfer. • Vacuum-Degassed Dielectric Control

• Humectant-Driven Evaporation Delay 

  Human skin temperature (37C) accelerates the evaporation of standard water-based gels. If the gel dries out during a prolonged 60-minute monitoring session, the internal salts crystallize, driving the electrical impedance exponentially higher and breaking the hardware connection. The formulation integrates specific diol-based humectants. These chemical agents establish strong hydrogen bonds with the water molecules, structurally trapping the liquid phase and preventing rapid vaporization into the clinical environment. 

   

• Topographical Air-Gap Elimination

  Metal defibrillation paddles and resting ECG clamps cannot physically conform to the microscopic valleys and hair follicles of the human epidermis. Placing a dry electrode over this irregular topography leaves physical air gaps, which create dangerous resistance focal points. When 200 Joules of defibrillation energy hits an air gap, it generates severe thermal arcing (third-degree burns). The low surface tension of this gel physically displaces the air, flooding the microscopic crevices and creating a 100% continuous contact area to safely distribute high-energy or low-voltage loads.
