In using electrical stimulators for health care. rehabilitation, physiotherapy and fitness, the individual user will be highly concerned with the quality and price of its most important accessories adhesive electrodes. would one expect such a product to made of an ideal natural material that could even be penetrated by x-ray? Could one ever imagine there existed a lower price, natural material conductor electrode with efficient conductivity. good conformity and supe quality?
The conductivity of metal such as steel fibber and silver was thought to be the best before. However, the oxidization of metal may cause red spots in users who have sensitive skin. In addition, prices of such a range of products are much higher than those of normal electrodes.

Carbon is the most steady element among all conductors. It does not have and of the defects of a metal conductor. However, to sufficiently practice its’ benefits on electrodes, the industry has not been able to meet the high technological demands of such a revolutionary product. Using conventional manufacturing, the average skin resistance of carbon film is over 500ohm. In time the Impedance will increase.

Using equipment to test the conductivity of carbon mesh, we find it transmits electrical current very efficiently. Impedance of each part of the material is the same-15 ohm. It conducts as good as metal, however , the carbon meshes nonoxidational and anti-electrolysis features significantly justify its better quality in comparison with metal conductor products.

In addition to the above benefits, the carbon mesh electrodes have more important attributes that make for its invaluability to our customers.
1.VERSATILITY
due to its low impedance and efficient passage of electricity, it can be used as either a low frequency neurostimulator or mid frequency stimulator such as IFC.

the wire, conductor and cover of electrodes are fixed with glue. This benefit successfully makes the contact of wire strong enough to avoid being pulled out from the electrodes.

the socket of pigtail is a patented design. It can fit pin size 1.97mm-2.11mm because the tube it can change size with the pin diameter and then will recover its original shape after cables are pulled out.

TENS/EMS Lead Wires Function
These leads wire are used with the electrodes. it has no ferrous parts. The lead wire include a pinch connector for easy application and terminate in standard Touchproof connectors for interfacing to Biopotential amplifiers or Modular Extension Cables. Use shielded lead wire with the electrodes for minimal noise interference. The unshielded lead wire work best with electrodes.
 
Electrode conductivity gel Function
Conductivity Gel is used in conjunction with Rubber Electrodes to provide a medium for the current to flow effectively from the electrode to the skin.

Conductivity Gel is a chloride free electrolyte which is non-allergenic, odorless, water-soluble and non-staining. It spreads easily and evenly and will not dry out under the electrodes (as water can). Conductivity Gel can be either be applied to the electrode or directly on the skin, and can be easily and completely removed using a tissue.

An Adhesive Conductivity Gel is also available (Tac Gel), which eliminates the need for taping electrodes down, and assures uniform prolonged contact between the electrodes and the skin.

Tac Gel can be easily and completely removed from the skin using warm soapy water.

Pigtail Wire Function
Pig tail is made of carbon material. It is used to provide a medium for the current to flow effectively from the electrode to the cable. Jack of 2.0 is recommended for almost TENS lead wire.
